Lake, restaurants and a bus stop are all within walking distance, and the pool was perfect. There's also laundry on site for a fee. In the middle of all the Lake Garda tourists, this felt like a little, quiet oasis. It's a family business, and the owner and his lovely family were hands-on and took great care of us. The hotel has a boutique feel, recently remodeled rooms, and it's super clean. Homemade breakfast was fantastic and everyone was friendly. We loved every minute, and only wish we'd stayed longer.

Completely unacceptable. The owner was aggressive, hostile and very unprofessional, and refused to check me in. It clearly felt discriminatory, even though I was with my family. I submitted an official complaint through the booking application. It's unacceptable to imagine such racist behavior in 2026.

The breakfast service was exceptional. On our first night we were the only guests, and the staff offered to make us fresh eggs and bacon. They also realised we were in town for the marathon and kindly asked whether we'd like an early breakfast. We had a spacious, comfortable room with a balcony and lake views, and were lucky to get it. There was plenty of space around the hotel to sit and enjoy the sun. The staff and location were beautiful, and I can't wait to visit again.

We had such wonderful days in this villa. The beach is very close, the grounds are beautiful and there's a nice pool. The apartments were lovely, with comfortable furniture and the option to cook for yourself. Breakfasts were very tasty and filling. The hosts were friendly, and I especially loved Zelda.

The lake is just a two-minute walk away, and in the evenings we walked into Malcesine for dinner. Our family stayed at Alesi Hotel in May, and we'd love to return next spring or summer. You can tell the owners love their hotel. There's a garage beneath the house where I could store my surf equipment, plus a wonderful garden, bar and swimming pool. Breakfast was one of the best, and we got lots of useful recommendations for restaurants and other things to know on holiday. We almost felt like part of an Italian family. Grazie!
