We love it here. The service is really nice, everything is clean, and the kids have a great swimming pool.

Just perfect.

The garden is lovely and the pool area is kept in good shape, though at busy times there are nowhere near enough loungers. The reception staff were very nice and great with children. Our room was spacious and clean, with a great terrace, but it felt quite worn and had very sparse furnishings. The furniture was just Ikea folding chairs and a tiny parasol. We also had to make the beds ourselves when we arrived. If those things don't bother you, it's a basic place in a very good spot by the lake.

We only stayed a night while visiting Lake Garda, and wouldn't recommend it. For nearly €200, the room wasn't very nice, the beds weren't made, and there was no soap or anything similar. When we asked about it, the only answer was that it couldn't be included at that price. The woman was unfriendly, the built-in hairdryer was broken, and the dishwasher didn't work. We didn't want to buy dish soap for a single night. At least we got a parking space and didn't have to walk 100 metres to another one. The stairs up to the first floor are also extremely narrow, making access difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
