The restaurant’s good cooking is the one bright spot, but the breakfasts were poor, with coffee from a thermos and cheap, artificial products. As for the room, the website suggests newly renovated rooms, yet I got a tiny place that felt from another era. The window leaked and the bed was falling apart. It may have been refreshed, but calling it “new” is a stretch. It’s scary to think what it was like before. There was an old, smelly dryer, sticky with dirt, and the TV remote was dirty too. Restaurant customers use the parking spaces, so you may not be able to park. We told the staff about the cold water and lack of WiFi. The woman said it wasn’t her problem and blamed the bad weather for the WiFi being down. What a shame.

We had a great time here. The balcony was lovely, and we enjoyed the tasty food at the restaurant. The rooms were good, the location was perfect, and parking was free. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, and for the price, you can’t ask for more. I hadn’t expected much before we arrived, but this place is so nice! I’d recommend staying here.

We ended up having to argue so we wouldn’t be charged for scallops that we’d sent back. The menu or staff called scallops “mussels,” and when we ordered mussels, scallops arrived instead. We don’t like scallops, but the waiter insisted he was right. He took the dish away, and we ordered octopus, yet the scallops still appeared on the bill. Earlier, they had also brought us the wrong pasta, though that was changed without a problem. The other dishes were okay, nothing special, and the portions were small. A very sad experience. I don’t recommend it.

The view is amazing, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was fine for what I needed, and for the price and location, you can’t ask for more. The restaurant was very, very good. They really know how to cook.

The menu has plenty of variety for fish lovers, plus some meat dishes. If you want fresh fish from Lake Garda served in a really tempting way, this is the place. Highly recommended.
