We had a positive one-night stay in a very tidy, clean room with a modern, spacious shower. It was set up like a spa and had everything needed to make breakfast, plus a selection of herbal teas. The garden is lovely, and there’s also a pool that guests can use free of charge. Parking is available, including some covered spaces. The property is just outside the center, about a 15-minute walk away. The main drawback was no air conditioning. The room was cooler than outdoors, but the fan provided by the very kind Mrs. Eliana was essential. At sunset, the garden gets full of mosquitoes, so it would be nice if it were treated at the start of the season to make evenings outside more enjoyable. Because there’s no air conditioning, I’d especially recommend staying during less humid periods.

Eliana was very helpful, and the clean, well-kept pool was a real bonus at this lovely, peaceful place. There’s a charging station available too. We’ll definitely come back.

The apartments are set back from the road, so it’s very quiet, and they’re arranged to give guests privacy even though the friendly owners live on site. It takes about five minutes to walk down a set of stairs to the lake, and Malcesine is a 15-minute walk away. A very nice complex.

We had a perfect holiday here. The room was tidy and had everything we needed, and the hostess was helpful without getting in the way. The location is great, with the center about a 15-minute walk away.

The family is very welcoming. It’s a small residence with just a few apartments, set among olive trees but still near the city center. The accommodation is new, comfortable, and practical, with a pool and parking. Recommended.
