The pool made our family vacation even better, and there are lovely views of the mountains, lake, and old town. Our room was spacious and had a nice balcony, and breakfast offered lots of choices. The hotel is in a peaceful area, only a five-minute walk from the city center. A wonderful stay!

The rooms are clean, though a little dated, and everything works. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and breakfast is great. It's conveniently close to the main supermarket, a short walk from Malcesine center, and five minutes from the chair lift. There are lovely gardens with plenty of fruit trees, a large pool, and parking for guests.

The buffet breakfast was amazing, and honestly lived up to Italian gastronomy standards. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the lobby service and bar were good and reasonably priced. The rooms were incredibly clean, with daily cleaning among the best I've seen, as if they reset the room to day zero each day. The only thing I'd improve is the Wi-Fi: it was fast and strong in the lobby, but I had no connection in my room. Overall, it's an ideal place, and I'd definitely return if I'm in the area.

The retro feel and one-of-a-kind character of the place were a big part of what we loved. We stayed in July 2023 and had a lovely room with a balcony and a great outlook. It was all fresh and very clean, and the staff were warm and helpful. Ellena really went out of her way to make our stay special. The pool was great for a dip, with superb views all around.

Elisa at reception was especially welcoming and helpful, which made me feel right at home. I slept really well, and my room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing too, with loads of choices. I had such a great stay, thank you!
