I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were super nice, the room was very clean, and we had a large balcony. Breakfast was delicious, with gluten-free pastries too, and the pool and big garden were lovely. The location is quiet but still close to the centre and lake. I did really miss having air conditioning, though. The room got too hot, with no fresh air even at night. Maybe a simple fan would help.

The view over Lake Major was amazing, and the coffee was amazing too. Staff were very kind, and everything was very clean. The rooms are basic, and breakfast is small.
