Palace Savuto

This is a quiet, remote place surrounded by greenery, with outstanding views. It isn't the kind of hotel for an action-packed stay or somewhere you can easily walk to other places. Malito and Grimaldi are a short drive away for supermarkets and restaurants, and it's around 35 minutes from the airport and roughly 40 minutes to Amantea. My family and I stayed for two weeks and loved every minute. The staff made us feel like family. I'll miss the morning cappuccinos and afternoon espressos, and we're already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Gian Michele, Giuseppe, Angela and Beatrice xo

We stayed at Palace Savuto with family in July 2024, and the location worked well for visiting nearby towns and major cities. The rooms are modern and housekeeping keeps them clean. There's a pool, which is a nice bonus. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the coffee was delicious. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful. I'd happily recommend the hotel.

The views from our room were so pretty, and the hotel would make a lovely setting for an event or wedding. We also had dinner there one night with our whole family, a great four-course meal with endless wine. Everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming, and John Michael made sure we had what we needed. His cappuccinos each morning were the best, and we loved his smile. It was also lovely to see Sophie, the resident hotel dog, in the morning and give her some love. We had a great stay and hope to visit again.

We were visiting Calabria from California and stayed one night. The views were spectacular, and the quiet setting made it a lovely retreat. Everything also felt like good value. The staff were kind and accommodating, and Gianmichelle was especially welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed dinner with wine on our room balcony, then had a typical Italian breakfast in the dining room. The fruit was perfectly ripe and really tasty.
