Based on our experience, this flat felt like a rip-off and was ridiculously overpriced. That seems common in high-demand places like Cinque Terre. We were three people but had only two sets of towels, unless a child doesn't count as a guest. The flat was poorly maintained. During the lock-down, many property owners spent time on maintenance, but apparently that wasn't the case with this particular flat. The bed was uncomfortable, Wi-Fi wasn't free, the shower cable leaked, and the toilet seat was old and stained. The bathroom door frame was poorly fixed, there were rust stains on the balcony, the freezer needed defrosting, and the TV aerial cable was hanging. Communication with the representative before check-in was bad.
