The owner was really helpful and even found us a free parking space on the street outside the gate. All in all, it was a good stay, and the place was spacious, though basic. Breakfast was very basic too, just packaged food, so we mostly bought our own elsewhere. The mokka machine doesn't fit on the stove because it's too small. It would be good to fix that, perhaps with a plate to put on the stove first.

My wife and I were stranded with nowhere to go but sleep on the street on our honeymoon. Michela Rooms had given our room to someone else, even though I had a confirmation number and email. It's been 14 days and I still haven't got my money back, and the owner won't answer her phone. I've stayed in hotels 100 nights a year and never experienced anything like this. DON'T BOOK!

A month after I booked and got confirmation, I received an email saying they'd double booked. Now I don't have a room, and availability in Vernazza is limited this close to our vacation. They did offer other options, which was nice, but at the same price for much lower quality.

It looks nice, but the room has no window, so there's almost no ventilation. We had to leave the door open most of the time. That door opens straight onto the small street, which can get a bit noisy when lots of people are walking and talking.

Sunset wine in the villa, in the kind of quiet I've only found here, is something I'll always remember. What a view! We were lucky to stay there, and I'll definitely come back. Michela is fantastic, cheerful, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms are spotless and have everything you could need. Perfect really, for Michela Rooms and the whole staff.
