Getting here takes a bit of effort, and hauling far too much luggage up the walkway had me worried at first. Then I saw the view from our balcony, one of the best room views I’ve ever had, and it was all fine. The views are spectacular. There’s AC in the room if you need it. All in all, a great stay, but be prepared for some walking.

After my second stay at Vandiris, I’m already looking forward to coming back. Roberto is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and looked after. It’s an easy walk from the station or parking lot, with no steps on the way to the property. For me, it’s the best place to stay in Manarola.

The room was a good size and had a balcony, with a great view waiting at the top of the walk. There are five rooms and no desk, so everything is handled online and on WhatsApp. Check-out is early.

The rooms are average, but the views from them are beautiful. I stayed here in spring 2020 and really enjoyed the location and my time there. It also wasn’t very expensive compared with other rooms in Cinque Terre. I definitely recommend it.

For a night in Manarola, this is the best option. The view is beautiful, and the owner was very accommodating. I can’t wait to get the chance to stay here again.
