Our two Chihuahuas settled in right away. They were treated like family, with no odd restrictions or disapproving looks, and that made a huge difference to me. This place really does welcome dogs, not just in name. It’s a carefully maintained, relaxing spot in Orbetello, with Tuscan nature all around, good food, and a slower pace away from the crowds. You can feel the hosts’ love of hospitality and tradition in the details. I’m grateful for such a warm stay and would gladly return. Recommended for anyone after a genuine, elegant experience, especially if traveling with pets.

The house sits in a lovely green stretch of the Grosseto countryside, and the pool and barbecue area are great for spending time and eating together. I did find the flies and mosquitoes made lounging by the pool a bit irritating, so I’d have liked more attention paid to controlling them. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful place for a quiet break in the countryside.

The apartment was clean, with a comfortable bed and a kitchen that had what we needed. Good for families. We enjoyed being surrounded by nature, with the pool and barbecue area, and Orbetello and Albinia are close by.

Simona welcomed us with a warm smile and was very kind, even treating us to wine and homemade jam. We rented two of the three apartments as a family, since one apartment would be too small for four people, and had a fantastic stay. The pool was spotless, the barbecue was large and built in, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was Wi-Fi and a little play area with a small soccer goal, so we felt right at home.
