My wife and I stayed in the Miracolle 8380 apartment at number 2 on Via Marco Pantani. The location was very peaceful, with a lovely view, and about 4 kilometers from the Mulino thermal baths. Still, we wouldn’t recommend it. There was no reception and not even a bottle of water to welcome us, and there were flies and mosquitoes everywhere. We were supposed to get a parking pass for the thermal baths, but only found out about it from a sign. By then we’d paid for two days of parking at about 25 euros a day. The pass would have cost just 4 euros for the whole day, and we only received it after that. The mattress was also so uncomfortable it was unusable, and the bed was in an unacceptable state. Our experience was negative.

The views across the valley are stunning, and the apartment is close to both the Saturnia hot springs and the Cascatelle del Mulino waterfalls. It’s cleaned every day, and the owners are genuinely kind and thoughtful. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, with fresh cakes, biscuits, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice, toast, jams, butter, honey, and hot drinks. There are capsules for coffee, barley, decaf, tea, and chamomile, plus an electric kettle that froths milk for great cappuccinos. There’s also a fridge for packing sandwiches, and nearby restaurants offer takeaway if you’d rather eat in. The apartment has two floors, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bathroom is downstairs behind a door, while the one on the mezzanine is open to the kitchen. The kitchen stove couldn’t be used. The only real downside was the neighbors’ noise. Maybe there were too many guests for that time of year, but they kept moving furniture around. I told the owner, and she spoke to them, which helped a little, though the furniture noise kept going. Such a shame about the neighbors.

Set up on a hill, the property has a wonderful view and feels warm and welcoming. It’s only a few kilometers from Saturnia town and the hot springs, and a great spot for a relaxing weekend. The place is new, spacious, and well cared for, with excellent cleanliness and a friendly welcome.

We came back for a second year and spent another weekend here. It’s peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and has private parking. The spa is just a few minutes away by car. The cleanliness is impeccable, with lots of care given to the details. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were courteous and very helpful. We’ll definitely return.

Everything was in good order, with very good housekeeping and a generous breakfast. The location is quiet too. I’d just add a cat so it feels like home! And I really recommend the morning walk along the "Pirate Wall", though it’s a bit uphill.
