The rooms stay cool and are clean, with really lovely decor. It’s close to the free cascade thermal baths, and breakfast is a big buffet with plenty to choose from. You can ask for eggs made to order. The staff don’t speak English, but we managed to communicate anyway. They were very friendly and kind.

Luana, who owns the place, is a fantastic host. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in more than 40 years of traveling, and the selection was huge. It’s also oddly the cheapest option in the area, despite being the second-closest hotel to the famous waterfall.
