Montarlese Eco-Lodges

A really cosy lodge with friendly staff. It’s a great place to unwind, play sports, swim in the Saturnia pools, and enjoy Tuscany’s art, scenery, and beaches all in the same day. Great experience!

We had a quiet, relaxing holiday here and I highly recommend it. The path to the house is well signposted and access is fine. We spent a week here this summer, and everything went really well. The spacious grounds have plenty of seating where you can enjoy the view, and the pool was great for everyone. We were four adults and four children, and all felt very comfortable in the meticulously renovated stone house. The owner was always available, and we even bought the house’s own olive oil.

We stayed at Montarlese four years ago, and that wonderful holiday has stayed with us. We’re returning next weekend! In the breathtaking Tuscan countryside, the place offers attentive, elegant hospitality. You can taste local produce too, and the olive oil is exquisite. We were here in 2009, a long time ago, but still remember it as one of our best holidays. The surroundings felt magical, with the sea, monuments, and vineyards all at hand, like paradise. The very willing owner explained things and recommended places to visit. A lovely lady baked amazing cakes and made her own cosmetics. Now we’ll let the children grow up, then go back.
