I've been there several times for conferences, and have also trusted them with my guests, athletes and non-athletes alike. Director De Santis deserves thanks for his professionalism and courtesy, as do the reception team and all the staff. The rooms are welcoming and clean, and everyone is polite and smiling. The wellness center and pools are enchanting. As for the food, you have to try it to believe it. I'd recommend the place to families who want to stay in beautiful Manfredonia and enjoy some relaxing time on a truly limited budget. Top marks.

The entertainment and leisure activities are decent, and the facility itself is okay. But the rooms are a veritable sperm bank. I've never seen anything like it. That, along with the prison-like “Panopticon” structure, is enough to keep me from coming back.

Total chaos. My room wasn't ready until three hours later, only one of the two elevators worked, and the air conditioning was broken. There were dirty pools, broken lights, no checks, and a crappy TV with only two channels. The in-room phone didn't exist, and nobody was checking the spa, including the pools, sauna, and solarium. Same story at breakfast. Absolutely avoid.

The indoor pool had obvious traces of urine and slime, and the food was like hospital food. Our minibar was empty, and the towels were insulting to call towels. We never even got a welcome cocktail. The room was handed over at 10:30 the next day, even though checkout was at 6:00 PM. The whole thing was a disappointment, with unqualified staff and no directions.
