Gulia’s cooking class was the part of our stay I’ll remember most. She’s a wonderful host, and her family welcomed us with real warmth and made us feel at home. The house and surrounding land are beautiful, with stunning views all around. It felt like an authentic local experience, full of charm and far from anything touristy. Gulia also shared great tips about the area. Highly recommend Country House Casale Centurione!

Making traditional Abruzzese appetizers, pasta, and cookies back at the masseria was such a memorable part of our trip. First, Giulia took us to a flour mill and an organic vineyard. The foodie tour and cooking class felt truly authentic, and we’re so grateful to Giulia for the experience. It’ll stay in our hearts.

We booked Casale Centurion at the last minute while traveling through Italy for our honeymoon, and Giulia was a huge help. She planned a whole day for us and suggested great places to see and eat. The rooms were peaceful, the beds really comfortable, and breakfast was divine. Giulia, her family, and their pets were so welcoming and friendly. We’re very grateful and hope to come back. Xx Devin

We first stayed with Giulia in 2021 and returned in 2025 for another stay and cooking class. I loved the second class even more. She’s generous with her time and knowledge of Abruzzo and its food traditions. Her beautiful country house is run with so much kindness and artistry. You arrive as a guest and leave feeling like a friend.

Giulia is keeping traditional pasta making alive and uses ingredients sourced from local farmers, which we loved. She made the cooking class fun and was an excellent teacher. The house and setting are beautiful, too. To finish the day, Giulia and her husband prepared a lovely dinner with the pasta we’d made and their own special ingredients. A highlight of our holiday. We highly recommend Giulia’s school and Casale Centurione.
