Ca' Uberti Home Boutique , Mantegna Hotels

I can only speak about the room, since I didn’t use the other services. If you’re given the key card for room 13, ask to move right away unless there are five of you. I’d put that room somewhere between two and three stars.

Come to Mantua instead of the big cities if you want real value. Staying in this hotel on the main plaza felt luxurious and full of history, and the location couldn’t be better. The surviving frescoes really add to the experience. I liked how they preserved the building’s history while modernizing it. Great stay!

I had a ground-floor room that was spacious and really clean, and I’d come back on my next trip to Mantova. The hotel is right in the city center, so it was easy to enjoy the nearby piazzas late into the night and get back without a hassle.

My room was spacious and lovely, though sound carried through the walls. Some other guests mentioned that the ground-level rooms can feel stuffy and have no windows. The staff were lovely, and breakfast was a good continental spread in a beautiful room overlooking the square and Palazzo Ducale. You could order different coffees at no extra charge. The hotel combines modern comforts with an old building, and you can’t get more central. I loved my stay.
