We ended up booking Suite del Mercante at eight in the evening for that same night, after a lot of trouble with our previous accommodation. The owner was very kind, sent all the information quickly, and stayed available throughout. My girlfriend and I found the room lovely, clean, and quite spacious. It's right in the center, directly across from Basilica di Sant'Andrea. Very good value for money.

The building has been completely renovated, and the small apartment is right in the center. Self check-in was easy, and the whole stay was a real pleasure. It was clean and quiet, and the owner was lovely, responding right away on WhatsApp. Completely satisfied. I'd definitely book the same place if I return to Mantua. Thanks, Lorenzo 🙏🏻

The location is wonderfully quiet, just a few steps from the center of Mantua. Alcova Suite is lovely, with a very spacious, carefully designed apartment and every comfort, even a small kitchen. We were glad to find a sweet treat waiting on the table when we arrived. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Oro room, which is right in the city center and huge, as the photo shows. It's clean and has everything: a microwave, kettle, and Nespresso machine. They even left two sbrisolone as a welcome gift. The person who greeted us was incredibly helpful and let us put our luggage in the room more than two hours before check-in, then shared a couple of local restaurant tips. Thanks again for Osteria dell'Oca! The value for money is excellent. If you're spending a few days in Mantua and don't want a hotel, this place is perfect. Simply splendid.

The owner deserves congratulations, and I'd recommend this property to anyone. We were welcomed with two very appreciated sbrisolona cakes, and the value for money is exceptional. The place is in the heart of Mantua, clean and tidy, with large, spacious rooms and a huge shower and bathroom.
