The staff seem to care about guests, but the place felt overrated to me. I was on the ground floor of the reception building, and street and next-door bar noise came through most of the time, even with the windows shut. Breakfast may suit Italian tastes, but I would’ve liked some options without sugar. Bring earplugs or ask for a room away from the street.

We had a spacious room overlooking the lake, with a little coffee and tea station inside. It was clean, and the location worked well: outside the restricted traffic zone, with parking right in front and only a five-minute walk to the center. Parking takes Telepass and costs €10 a day.
