Hotel Maranello Village

Breakfast was a real bright spot, with plenty of good food and a well-organized dining room. The rooms were also clean, comfortable, and a good size, though the simple decor only nods gently to the car theme. Our air conditioning and heater didn't work properly, which made the room less comfortable. Renovation work was underway, and there was a strong sewage smell around reception that hurt the first impression. The reception staff weren't unfriendly, but they came across as lacking warmth and enthusiasm. Maranello Village has a fun Ferrari feel throughout, from the racing imagery and bold colors to the accommodation blocks named after tracks like Monza and Daytona. It's a memorable place for car fans and other visitors, though maintenance and service could be better.

Maranello makes this a handy base for visiting the local museums and other sights, and the hotel feels worth the price. The breakfast has lots to choose from, and the customer service is excellent. Any car enthusiast should put this place on their bucket list.

I've been here three times and keep coming back. It's not expensive, there's great parking, and the whole place is covered in Ferrari branding. Paddock, an excellent restaurant, is close by. Pozza is nearby too, and it's about a 40-minute walk to central Maranello. I'm heading back at Easter 26. It's a great spot.

It was a little hard to find our room and get around the hotel, and the rooms are a long way from the garage, which makes carrying things a pain. Breakfast is very basic, and costs a lot extra if you want it.
