10/10
The staff were friendly and happy to suggest beaches and things to do nearby. The quiet surroundings, balcony with a view, and practical kitchen all helped make our week relaxing. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Appartamenti Le Spiagge is very conveniently placed, with the beach just a few minutes away on foot and bars, restaurants, and supermarkets close by. A great choice if you want comfort, cleanliness, and to be near the sea. Highly recommended.

4/10
The location is peaceful, on the outskirts of Marciana Marina, but the nearby restaurant can be disruptive in the evenings. The property is simple and has some problems inside, while service on site is almost nonexistent.

6/10
The apartment is very basic, but the bed was comfortable and it was reasonably clean. The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful.

A clean, pleasant spot, and nice and quiet.
