The property is at the end of a long, narrow, steep road, so take care on icy roads in winter. I emailed to ask about a stay and soon received an official offer with all the details, along with a message hoping I’d accept and that they could host me on my requested dates. I replied right away with a few final questions before confirming. After two days, they told me the place was already booked and suggested another time. How professional is that way of handling reservations?

The owner of Haus Cornel rescued our holiday two years ago, after we’d driven more than 1,000 km and another hotel left us stranded. She’s such a lovely, cheerful, friendly person. We were sure a year later that we’d book an apartment only here. The ski lift is right nearby, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy. The kitchen has all the appliances, there’s parking in the underground garage and ski lockers, and the shop is about a kilometer away. It has everything. I recommend it.

The owner’s thought of everything, the house was equipped far beyond what we expected. It’s super cozy and clean, with a great big covered garage and a locker for ski gear. Handy in winter, practically beside the slopes, lift access, ski school rental, and an ATM.

The owner was friendly, and the apartment was welcoming, spacious, and clean, with everything we needed. There’s a large garage too. We’d gladly repeat the experience.
