Hotel Monte Sella

The location was lovely, with the village only a few hundred metres away and a cable car station right next door. We also appreciated the underground garage and elevators. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the food was very good. A super family hotel with great service.

After coming here for more than ten years, I still love the family atmosphere and the wonderful hospitality. Norbert and the staff are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable throughout your stay. There’s a free activity every day, from guided ski outings to gourmet dinners and the ski race. The hotel is right by the slopes, with free private parking in front, so we don’t need to use the car during the trip. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the ski room has boot heaters ready for the morning. The spa and indoor pool are fantastic after a day skiing. I’d recommend it without hesitation, and it’s no surprise people keep coming back.

The best part for us was how kind everyone was, from housekeeping and reception to the bar, kitchen, and table service. Maria and Chiara, you rock. Maurizio, your Espresso Monte Sella is the best. Nunzia and Massimo, we miss you already. Norbert, I won’t forget how you helped me with my little boy and saved my life. The food was delicious, too. The hotel itself is a real gem, close to both the ski lifts and village centre, with spacious rooms, lovely decor, a pool, and a big spa with saunas and a hammam. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back.

Breakfast had a very nice selection, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. It’s a charming place, though there’s no air conditioning and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30, and there’s no way to make tea or coffee in the room.
