Villa Ortensia is a hidden gem! Our journey meant we arrived late for check-in, but the owner was very generous and showed us to our room. I hope to come back soon.

The morning surprise in the basket is really cute. The apartments were clean and nicely arranged, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our booking was confirmed, then the accommodation canceled it just one day before arrival, while we were already abroad. Absolutely unprofessional.

The heated swimming pool is a nice extra, especially for children, and the apartment’s location is ideal for a week on the slopes. The ski lifts are a 2-minute walk away and the town center is 5 minutes on foot, so we could leave the car in the covered garage until departure. We chose the ground-floor apartment at Villa Ortensia on our return to San Vigilio and couldn’t have been happier. It was spacious, bright, clean, and welcoming. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and ready to meet every need. We felt right at home, if not better. Highly recommended for families with children or groups of 4-6.
