Hotel Residence Villa Nina

The owners' warm welcome and hospitality are what really make Villa Nina stand out. It's a welcoming, family-run place, with large, clean rooms equipped with everything you need. Guests also get free parking just a few meters from the hotel.

I was in the apartment from late July into early August. It was clean and practically new, and the location was excellent, close to central Spotorno and just a stone's throw from the beaches. The owners were kind and helpful. Definitely good value, and recommended.

We've been coming back regularly for the past two years, and this has been a memorable stay each time. Villa Nina is a gem in Spotorno, especially because of Giusi and Enzo. They're welcoming, genuine, passionate, and make you feel at home with a rare, sincere kindness. The property is well kept and clean. Some rooms have kitchenettes, all have in-room refrigerators, and even the smallest rooms include drying racks for towels and swimsuits. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and parking is available. The sea and town center are just steps away, with an underpass providing easy access. Ciao Giusi, Ciao Enzo.

We've already booked for next year after a lovely four-night stay with my parents. Giusy and Enzo are so friendly and welcoming, and they really make you feel at home. We had breakfast every morning and parking was included. Highly recommended!
