The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was okay, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room we were first given was full of mold, and the hotel feels in need of a refresh: the rooms are tiny and the equipment is old. The bed was uncomfortable too, made from two joined single beds, with no proper double bed available. It feels like everything costs extra. Beach towels were €5 each time we wanted them changed, some sunbeds had an extra charge, and bottles of water in the room were added to the bill at checkout even though no price was shown in the room or elsewhere. It also felt very overpriced and not deserving of four stars.

This was our third recent visit, and the restaurant staff were excellent. We enjoyed the food, especially the lunch buffet, though the fish could have been a bit fresher. Having a private beach makes things easy, but swimming shoes are useful for getting into and out of the water.

We were only walking past on the beach, nowhere near the seats, when a lifeguard chased us away. He said we couldn't be there because we weren't hotel guests and the beds were full, even though we didn't want a bed at all. Completely ridiculous. Other reviews make it sound like this isn't unusual at the hotel.

The breakfast selection was very limited, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. It doesn't feel like a four-star hotel, or at least not every room does.
