We loved the spa, the hotel restaurant food, and the hotel and spa staff, who were skilled, welcoming, and quick to respond to our requests. After the salt treatment, we felt younger and full of energy. We’re already planning to come back next year to this wonderful, restorative place. We stayed in the hotel’s one-bedroom apartment in Palazzo Nove Cento. It was renovated, clean, bright, and thoughtfully arranged, with a very large patio where we could relax outdoors. We parked in the gated yard beneath Palazzo, which was very convenient, and the sea was right across from the house. We enjoyed the fresh breeze each morning and walked safely along the promenade, where there are several restaurants. The main hotel and spa were only a few steps away. The manager, receptionists, and the rest of the staff were all helpful and highly qualified. The hotel also lent us bikes on request at no extra cost, which helped us keep active. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and well prepared, and the hotel is right on the beach with lovely views. Our room was clean and had a sea view, though the furnishings felt a little dated. For families with children, the location and superb beach make it a good choice. Breakfast was much the same all three days, with scrambled and boiled eggs plus lots of sweet options, but not much variety. On the last morning the eggs weren’t properly cooked and weren’t very good. The coffee, though, was good. All in all, we had a good experience.

I came with a group by bus and had a great stay. The room was lovely and very clean, the balcony view was amazing, and the service felt professional. I recommend it.

The staff were the highlight of our stay. Tiziana at reception answered all our questions quickly, and the manager did his best to help us with anything we’d forgotten or lost. When they learned it was my wife’s birthday, the hotel kindly gave us a bottle of prosecco. Gerardo, our waiter in the restaurant, was always cheerful, ready to help with any request, and happy to share tips about local sights we unfortunately didn’t get to visit. Maybe next time. We spent some rainy days exploring the hotel instead. Its facilities were impressive, including gender-separated private thermal baths. On sunnier days there’s a very large private beach with free entry and sun beds for hotel guests. The rooftop restaurant serves excellent food, including plenty of dishes from Puglia, and has a generous view across the bay of Manfredonia. We were traveling with our 8-month-old baby, and the staff were very accommodating with our requests and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We found the hotel online and were pleasantly surprised by the quality furnishings, large cozy queen-size bed, and clean room and facilities, just what we expected from a four-star place. I’d happily recommend it as a seaside stay with great food, facilities, and people, or as a base for visiting northern Puglia.
