Claudio, the owner, was extraordinarily kind and helpful. He paid attention to what guests needed, offered useful tips about the area, and made everyone feel at home. His warm welcome made the stay even more pleasant and memorable. The property itself is welcoming, well maintained, and has every comfort, whether you're there briefly or for a longer holiday. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in Margherita di Savoia.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and secure parking was available with a shuttle running 24/7. Our spacious triple room had a sea-view terrace, was well equipped, and was always clean. Breakfast was simple but nicely prepared and more than satisfactory. The property is welcoming and faces the beach, with the seafront and its shops easy to reach. Matera, Polignano a Mare, and Alberobello are must-see destinations about an hour and a half away. Highly recommended.

A disastrous stay. I booked a quadruple room for my family and a double for my parents. The owner assured me both were on the ground floor with a sea view. My parents got their room at 11:30, but we didn't receive the key to ours until late afternoon, from the cleaning lady, who said it was on the third floor. It faced the street, and was basically a double room turned into a quadruple by putting a bunk bed in front of the mirror. I had to tighten the top bunk's bolts myself, and the wardrobe couldn't open all the way because it hit the bed. I don't think it was the same 30 square meters as a quadruple room. When I called to complain, the owner arrogantly said he'd been in the business since 2015 and had always rented this room as a quadruple, adding that the room next to my parents' was even smaller. Before the booking, he also asked repeatedly for cash, and only gave me a receipt after my third request. The breakfast gentleman was polite. Apart from him, this is a place to avoid like the plague.

The front desk was practically absent for the whole stay, and requests for service or information were simply filed away without anyone helping. The rooms were clean, and the staff, including the breakfast team, were helpful. Mimmo especially was so friendly, cheerful, kind, and creative that he made up for everything else at the Traiano.
