Residence Bandiera Gialla

Rita and the staff made us feel at home. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the place was spotless, including at breakfast. Everything was impeccable, and we'd happily come back.

The place was clean and tidy, but my stay in August was overshadowed by a very serious incident. Staff threatened to call the police if my 11-year-old daughter’s father didn't answer their calls about a room issue. She was understandably scared and called him in tears. When he came to collect her and her friend, the staff said nothing to him and avoided speaking with him directly. I found it completely improper and unprofessional to speak arrogantly to a child and involve her in a matter that should have been handled with adults. This was more than inappropriate and could even warrant legal action. I strongly advise against staying here if you want a safe, respectful place, especially with children.

The breakfast was excellent, especially Signora Rita's homemade cakes, and the whole staff deserves a mention. The owners were welcoming, and the property was clean, well organized, and had a lovely pool. We had a very pleasant stay and will be back.

Everyone was warm, cheerful, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The place itself is beautiful and spotless, and breakfast was excellent, all homemade.
