The owner was so kind and even suggested places to eat. In September, some friends and I rented two apartments on the same landing, and the upstairs one had a big terrace where we all had breakfast and dinner together. We've stayed in Caulonia several times, but this visit was a pleasant surprise. The apartments have everything: a washing machine, drying racks, an iron, air conditioning, and linens on request. On arrival, she also provided water, fresh tea, and a few snacks. It's close to all the amenities, with the sea just a few minutes' walk away. Ideal for a relaxing few days. We'll definitely return.

Everything is right downstairs, from the bar, supermarket, and pharmacy to the hairdresser and beautician. The apartments are very nice and clean, with everything available, and the location is excellent. The owners were kind and polite. I had a great time and recommend it.

We had a great stay in a well-equipped two-room apartment, close to the essential amenities. The sea is only 300 meters away and easy to reach on foot. We also appreciated how available the owner was when we had different requests.

The apartments are no more than 300 meters from free parking, which is easy to access. They're fully equipped, with kitchens and air conditioning, and the management and cleaning are excellent. There are studios, including some with a terrace and table and chairs, as well as two-room apartments. Caulonia Marina center is 200 meters away, and the sea is just a short walk. The beaches are immaculately clean and enchanting, with breathtaking sunsets, free sections, and pleasant, well-managed lidos. What else can I say? We'll definitely be back!

The shared terrace is upstairs rather than directly accessible from the apartment, and there isn't a bidet in the bathroom. Apart from that, it's in a great spot close to supermarkets, bars, pastry shops, a pharmacy, and the beautiful sea. It's furnished with modern furniture, and having air conditioning in the living room definitely helps.
