Flowers apartments

Francesca and her family were wonderful hosts. They gave us helpful information that made the trip feel magical, and Meta itself was lovely, with truly kind people and what felt like the best beach on the coast. The apartments are spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It's a great base for the beach, local shops, bars, restaurants, and transport linking Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento central, and the Amalfi coast. Thanks so much. We'll see you next year. Meta isn't the most attractive town, but it worked well as a base for visiting Sorrento, about 15 minutes away by car. The apartment was large, well equipped, and very close to the lovely beach. Definitely recommended.

The property was pleasant and clean, with a panoramic terrace guests can use. Our apartment was spacious, with an entrance hall, bedroom, and bathroom. Since we were only staying one night, the ground-floor bedroom window looking down onto car tires in the parking area instead of the mountain wasn't a huge issue. Sleep was less comfortable because the nearby bell tower was quite loud at night. The room was described as soundproof, but I woke up several times. The worst part was arriving in August and waiting almost an hour in the sun to get in. The booking email said someone would meet us, but we were actually meant to check in ourselves. That's fine, but nobody had sent the lockbox location or code. We couldn't get an answer by message or phone, and the call went to voicemail. We only got inside after contacting the booking portal's customer support, then finally received the self-check-in details on WhatsApp. That was unprofessional, even if their later explanation was true. Those instructions should have been sent when we booked.

Comfortable bed, good value, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was good too. I'll come back.
