The staff are delightful, and from the top floor there are excellent mountain views. The hotel is quiet and has a lot going for it in terms of location, but the rooms need a complete refurbishment. The showers and taps are awful, and there's mould on the shower tiles. Breakfast is very basic, and I'd avoid dinner if you're hoping to enjoy good Italian food. Unless the beds and bathrooms are refurbished, I don't think it deserves three stars.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms don't meet three-star quality. Our wardrobe and bathroom smelled awful all week. The food was disgusting every night, with very small, tasteless portions. Breakfast was extremely basic, and you couldn't even help yourself to a croissant.

The people were nice, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was great. It's close to the beach, and you can rent a bike to explore the whole area. All good.

The room was adequate for a three-star place. It was cleaned daily, and the sheets and towels were changed often. The food was disgusting, with very little choice. Every morning I had to ask for a croissant, bread, juice, and ham or cheese. There was no fruit. When Italian guests stayed, they were given much more for breakfast, including fruit. The difference was made very obvious. One of the owners was extremely rude. When we asked for the bill, she gave us a total without itemizing it so we could check what we'd had. When we questioned it, she went into a rage and handed it to her husband. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The service felt rude, and the rooms are badly in need of a full refurbishment. The showers were awful and dirty, while breakfast was very basic. I don't think this place deserves three stars.
