The one good thing was the sea view. I don't understand the high rating, because the landlord's hospitality was a 1/5 for me. We told the host several times when we would arrive, including a final call 15 minutes beforehand at his request. Even so, we waited at least 15 minutes in the car beneath the building with the air conditioning running, since it was at least 30 degrees outside. When he finally arrived, he greeted us hurriedly, rushed upstairs to open the apartment, let us in in a hurry, and left. The bathroom was dirty, with hair everywhere. He even picked one up himself and acted as if nothing had happened, apparently thinking we hadn't seen. That can happen, but the shower and bidet were quite clogged and flooded after about 20 seconds. The worst issue was that toilet paper couldn't be flushed. He told us to put the dirty paper in a bin beside the toilet, and it hadn't even been emptied, still dirty from previous guests. Flushing the toilet left an unpleasant smell throughout the house. When he asked if everything was okay, we explained our biggest problem. He replied, "CPT." We expected at least an apology. I've attached the host's response to this review. Highly not recommended!

The place is quiet and modern, with bright rooms and air conditioning. From the third floor there's a wonderful view, and the location is excellent: 200 meters from the ferry and hydrofoil departures for the islands, facing the small square where the Sunday market is held. The B&B option includes a self-service breakfast. Acceptable value for money. Highly recommended.

The apartments are in excellent condition and very comfortable. We're close to both the center and the port, so the location is very strategic.

A lovely seafront view, and it's clean. There are all kinds of shops nearby for whatever you need.
