B&B Casa Losea

The breakfasts were generous, tasty, and had plenty of variety, and our room was roomy and comfortable. Casa Losea sits on a hill with lovely views across the Tiber valley. It’s also well placed for driving to Perugia, Assisi, and other well-known cities. The owner was easy to reach, helpful, and made us feel at home.

I loved the view from my room, and having private parking was really useful. It was a quiet, lovely place, with a nice breakfast that had both sweet and savory options. Everything was spotless, including the rooms and the breakfast area. Silvia was so friendly. Thanks for having me!

Silvia’s tarts at breakfast were especially good, and guests can use the fully equipped kitchen to make their own meals. We stayed two nights and were warmly welcomed, with attentive service whenever we needed it. The family feel is simple and comfortable, like being at home, and Silvia is always available for her guests. A great base for a trip around Umbria. We’ll come back!

We had a lovely weekend with friends. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and Signora Silvia was warm and hospitable. There’s convenient parking inside, plus a lift for anyone who needs wheelchair access to the rooms. It’s definitely worth considering for a weekend around Assisi and Perugia. We found it online and had a very pleasant stay.
