Everything you need is only a few minutes' drive away. The sound of rushing water nearby, all the greenery, and the beauty of the villa make this a one-of-a-kind escape from everyday bustle. I really appreciated how kind and helpful the owners were. Thanks so much, you deserve it! This stunning estate feels like wonderland, surrounded by nature where you can stop and take it all in. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area, or even say it's worth making a special trip for. 👍👏🌟

You can feel how much love and care has gone into this garden over the years. The thoughtful choice of plants and greenery gives it a harmonious, almost magical feel. It's such a romantic and elegant place.

Mrs. Antonella was the bright spot. Her kindness and hospitality made the stay feel less dramatic, and she showed us attractions and told us about the history of the cannara. The setting itself is enchanting, right by the river and steps from Lake Bolsena, with peaceful water sounds and birdsong. But the garden-facing room I booked was dirty and poorly kept inside, with an inaccessible shower and spiders everywhere if you're afraid of them. Humidity was the main issue over our weekend; the floor was practically wet, and it was hard to sleep well. The spa was another disappointment. It was listed in the property description and was the main reason I chose the place, but in practice there was only a jacuzzi tub, unusable and seemingly never seen before. I'd picked this after reading lots of very positive reviews on Booking.com and Google. I'm disappointed and don't think I'll return.

We left after just one day. The place felt isolated and dark, with no phone signal to contact anyone, and the windows were shut tight to keep mice out. It was a nightmare. The only good thing was the woman who welcomed us.
