It's a 10-minute walk from the center of Alberobello, which is very close by. The room itself was disappointing: it has only a bathroom, the towels were dirty, and there's no TV. Air conditioning is only in the hallways, so it doesn't help when you can't leave the door open for everyone to see inside. Breakfast is just packaged snacks. For what's provided, I think €60 a night is a bit much.

The owner was kind and helpful, but guests shouldn't be left in conditions like this. During hot weather, I'd absolutely avoid staying here. I've never been this hot at any holiday resort. It was a nightmare of a night: even with the window open and cool night air outside, no air came through. At those temperatures, the fan was practically useless.

Mimma's old trullo is a dream, tucked into the Apulian countryside among olive, cherry, and almond trees in bloom. I had a joyful, relaxing holiday there with friends. It's close to everything, so arranging meals and visits to the area's most beautiful places was easy.

The WiFi worked well, and there was outdoor parking. Breakfast was snacks, juice, and milk, with a pod machine for coffee and tea. But there's no air conditioning, only a noisy fan. The shutters don't shut fully, letting in early morning light, and closing them means getting unbearably hot. The place is just outside the beautiful tree-lined street, rather than on it.
