Our ground-floor room was lovely and welcoming, with a kitchenette stocked for cooking, a coffee machine, and a table and chairs. The host, Patrizio, kindly showed us all the thoughtful details, from the elegant bathroom with shower lighting and a beautiful sink to the TV with surround system. There’s also air conditioning, though the air-refreshing extractor means you can do without it. Everything has been carefully looked after. Highly recommended.

Patrizio has thought through every detail in the cottage, from the kitchenette and other comforts to the TV, air conditioning, and dramatic lighting. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Free parking is nearby, about 50 meters away, on one of the roads leading to the house, which is inside the restricted traffic zone. The little house is tucked into one of Martina Franca’s many alleys and is exceptionally clean. Patrizio designed and handcrafted everything, and the care shows in every detail, from the kitchen to the bed and bathroom. The photos give a good idea of the place. Highly recommended.

The owner clearly takes great care with both the furnishings and the guests. He’s attentive and very friendly. Set in Martina Franca’s beautiful historic center, this spotless little house feels like a lovely nest for two and has all the comforts, with real attention to detail. Highly recommended!
