Villetta Culmine

Villetta Culmine is about 2 km from Martina Franca, on the road to Cisternino, and makes a great base for exploring the Itria Valley. Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello, Egnazia, and the Fasano Zoo with its forest are all less than half an hour away. The owner is friendly and helpful. The house is modern and has every comfort, with two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, plus a bathroom between them. The shower is a little small, so it may not suit larger guests. Inside, there’s a spacious living room with a table for eight, two faux leather sofas, and a smart TV with free Wi-Fi and Netflix. The well-equipped eat-in kitchen is off to the right. Outside, you can park in the fenced courtyard, then take three steps up to the roomy foyer, furnished with garden tables and chairs under a simple, elegant porch that keeps the sun off. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Quiet and tucked into the Martina Franca countryside, this beautiful property still has other villas nearby, so it doesn’t feel isolated. Recommended.

The price was very reasonable for such a spacious, modern apartment. It was well furnished and had all the amenities you could need. Truly excellent!

If you want to relax and have the comforts of home, this charming place is a good choice. Donato clearly takes good care of it.
