The apartments are very spacious, and the balconies are big enough to eat on, which I really liked. There are a few small gaps in the kitchen and bathroom equipment, though. A couple of hooks for dish towels would be useful. Overall, very good, and I'd gladly return! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet, shady spot. The apartment works well for two or three people. The two-burner stove isn't very practical for cooking, unfortunately, and it's a good idea to bring your own cleaning products and kitchen utensils.

It's well located near the sea, and the terrace is lovely, though being beside the road means there's some noise. The apartments could do with an update, and the lack of air conditioning is a big drawback.

The price is the main advantage, and the place could work as a base for trips around Abruzzo. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, but the public beaches are tiny and there's no private beach belonging to the property. That’s why I’ve given it two stars. For a 12-day stay at the start of the season, there were far too many issues and unknowns. On our first day, we learned that until 7:00 PM the apartments were being managed by staff from another property about 1.5 km away. The kitchens had no gas, so there was no hot water either. Free internet was advertised, but it didn't become available until my tenth day, despite checking with the property manager almost daily. I did receive compensation for the internet outage, but that wasn't the point. I was probably the first guest of the year. The rooms hadn't been cleaned, and the shared areas were downright dirty. The cleaning team only arrived after four days, following repeated checks with the manager. The grounds also weren't properly secured, so anyone could have walked into the property, stairwells, or garage.
