Amaaaazing!

We really enjoyed unwinding in the Sky Suite. It was spotless, thoughtfully put together, and had a lovely scent. The TV facing the spa was a favorite of mine. Outside, the pool and grounds were beautiful too.

The standout for us was the Raffana Escape package. It came with a welcome bottle of prosecco, dinner with six bottles of wine (far more than the two of us could finish), a generous appetizer, a delicious steak and side, vin santo, eight cantucci biscuits each, unlimited spa access, breakfast, and discounts on extras like massages. We skipped the chocolates because they weren't very good. At that price, the package felt very fair. Some of those services would have seemed pricey booked on their own. The room itself felt a little expensive for what it offered, in my opinion, though the package services were excellent. This is an intimate, quiet place that suits a couple well, and overall we had a good stay. I hope the rating makes clear that these are minor points, not a major complaint. The room was visibly clean, but the property is completely open, and finding a few midges or similar bugs in the tub when we arrived wasn't a great first impression. It didn't bother us much, as we're not especially squeamish. We also had a water issue before dinner that caused some trouble, though it was fixed fairly quickly. And because streaming services are offered, it would help to have the Wi-Fi password in the room. We could probably have asked, but only needed it that evening, after reception had closed. A simple printed note, like the tub instructions, would have avoided the hassle. I included the details in the link you emailed me. One small suggestion, just my personal view: fold the room cleaning charge into the total instead of listing it separately. Seeing an extra €10 per person at the last booking step could put some people off or make them reconsider. It's unusual these days to see it charged separately like this. I won't get into the pricing again, since that's only my opinion and you know the costs behind the offers. Still, with a little more attention to a couple of things, I'd happily think about coming back for a special occasion :) Sorry, we left the cutting board in the fridge and only noticed much later! P.P.S. I checked again since I can't reply, and neither the Wi-Fi password nor the brochure came through WhatsApp. These things happen (:

The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful. The view is spectacular and the pool is lovely, so I can see this being a great place in warm weather. But in winter, the room prices feel far too high for what's provided. Our room was small and dark, and it was missing bathroom amenities. The official website gave us a misleading impression. We booked services that we couldn't use because of maintenance problems. For instance, the spa had burned down and was under maintenance, and we weren't told in advance.
