We got a very good first impression. The owners made an extra effort to give us the initial information we needed about the accommodation and touring Liguria.

The garden was a lovely place to sunbathe or enjoy a relaxed lunch, with an outdoor oven there too. Tucked away from the center of La Spezia, this peaceful apartment makes a great base for the Cinque Terre and the beautiful La Spezia hinterland. My wife, Tiziana, and I stayed there in September of this year. Gianni and his wife managed it impeccably, and Gianni's kindness and friendliness made us feel at ease. Highly recommended if you're looking for peace and quiet. Thank you for everything, Gianni!

The owner was so kind and helpful, and made sure the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed our three-night stay and found it excellent value for money. We'll definitely come back. Thank you!

The hosts live upstairs and are very friendly, and the house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The train right next door does make some noise, which is the one small drawback, but it makes getting to La Spezia train station convenient. Keep an eye on the schedule, though, as the last train is at 9 am and 6 pm. I'd highly recommend it.

The owners were so nice and kind, and left us a bottle of wine, juice, jams, and butter as a welcome gift. The view isn't the best, but the apartment had everything we needed, including what we needed to make pasta and breakfast. It's a very clean place, close to the center and convenient for the highway exit.
