They left our luggage in the hallway all day instead of bringing it to the room, then lied to our faces about it. We also got charged for two rooms even though we canceled one two weeks ahead. They kept saying they'd sort it out, but when we asked the manager, he was rude. We later found out he owns the place. He seems to charge for everything, and I felt he cared more about money than customers. Being close to the marina is about the only thing going for this resort. Worst resort I've stayed at. I wouldn't recommend it, there are other places with better service and prices.

I was there for just two nights, so it was okay enough for that short stay. The hotel was clean, but really dated, and my room was tiny with a strange smell. Breakfast wasn't good either. I wouldn't suggest it for a family holiday, since I think you can get better value elsewhere. It felt like they were still operating in 1995.

The food was great, and the rooms were comfortable. Staff were super friendly, too. I loved the view and the overall vibe, a lovely place to relax.

Breakfast was the best part, and the rooms were clean, though they had a slightly damp smell. Kitchen staff and a new receptionist were lovely, but there wasn't much warmth from anyone else. The hotel has a lot of potential, but the service and atmosphere didn't live up to it. During construction in June 2024, there was a cigarette smell from the builders, some rude construction workers made comments, and the spa was closed. Guests should have been warned, or offered a discount or free pool access. The pool costs €60 a day for three people, while the beach is €30, so the choice is pretty clear. It felt like once they had your money, they didn't really care. There are many nice local, family run hotels nearby that are helpful and welcoming. We spent most of our time with other people, and after talking to other tourists, wished we'd looked elsewhere.

The rooms were cleaned every day and the stay was really comfortable. I loved the location, tucked away from all the tourists. The restaurant and food were awesome.
