B&B il Cuore

Cycling around here suited us really well, and we had everything we needed as a base. We'll be back, and I'd highly recommend this charming place. At Il Cuore, Daniela and Beatrice made us feel completely at home. Daniela was friendly, thoughtful, and attentive to every need, and nothing was too much trouble. She was extremely helpful and welcoming. Beatrice was lovely too, and together they always brought a smile to our faces. Both are so genuine, and their cooking is just as impressive. Everything about the B&B left us happy. Thank you, Daniella & Beatrice. ❤️

The place felt like home, with a peaceful dining area and a beautiful garden. The rooms were quiet, and the beds and linens were good quality. Breakfast was the best, with quality ingredients: homemade cakes and tarts, fresh bread, eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, and more. Babba, the cutest little dog, greeted us joyfully every morning. There are lots of good restaurants and lovely piazzas nearby, and in summer it's easy to reach the Cinque Terre by ferry. One of the loveliest places I've stayed in Italy. Highly recommend!

We spent a whole week in Massa, and Daniela and Beata gave us ideas for places where we could make good memories. They also support the local community. Nearby, we had a welcoming dinner at a fair price, and the local pubs and bistros were happy to serve us because Daniela is their friend and they support one another. The two women are lovely to talk to and take good care of both guests and the house. Our room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, though perhaps a little overdecorated. Breakfast was even better than expected, served promptly and elegantly in an interior garden on fine porcelain. Along with Italian coffee and homemade cakes with wild berries, figs, apples, or apricots, there was a continental breakfast based on what you ordered: ham, eggs, cheese, fruit, jam, yoghurt, tea, and more. Such a lovely start to the day! It's easy to get to Marina di Massa, Malaspina Castle, Pietrasanta, and Carrara, as well as Lucca, Florence, Pisa, and CinqueTerre. Everywhere, the views take your breath away along the wonderful Italian Ligurian Coast. Good Tuscan Chianti wine, and good train connections too!
