I’m 16 and I’ve never seen anything like this. I don’t usually leave reviews, and I find it hard to criticize a family-run business, but the room had unwashed blankets, the toilet barely flushed, and the shower-head holder was broken. I also left some money in the room, but when I went back for it, it was gone. After I raised it with the hotel, I found a letter in my room saying they weren’t responsible.

The location was okay, close to the sea, and I can definitely recommend it! But our room was tiny, the blankets hadn’t been washed, and several bed slats broke when I went to bed. I ended up sleeping on the mattress on the floor. The staff also forgot our breakfast twice.

We got to check in early, and the place is close to the beach with a view of the mountains. The salad was tasty, though there was no dressing, and the staff made a reasonable effort for the vegans despite limited choices. German plugs worked in the outlets without an adapter. The four-bed room was clearly designed for two, with two extra beds added, and the bunk bed had no ladder. Hardly anyone spoke English. The food choices were poor, with pasta every day; portions were much too small at first, though things improved a little toward the end. We had to hand in our keys each day, and they were sometimes left on the counter all day, usually unattended when we came back. Room service only made the beds, leaving the trash, floor, and bathroom untouched. Our shower took minutes to warm up, while some others had only cold water, and the shower head wouldn’t stay put. Ants suddenly appeared in several rooms. For a school group staying a week, I wouldn’t recommend it. It was acceptable, though it might be more pleasant for one person or a private party.

The service was really poor. We had to wait a long time, and breakfast seemed to depend on when they felt like getting up. Our room was small and dirty. It’s near the center, but a bit farther from the sea.
