We got caught in the rain on a recent motorbike trip and decided to stop in Marina di Massa. Hotel Michela really came to our rescue. The staff were wonderful, welcoming, kind, and genuine, and the rooms were very clean with all the basic amenities. There’s no lift, but they helped us with our suitcases and other heavy things. Breakfast was a feast, with homemade cakes and a full buffet. We’d recommend staying here and will stop again if we’re in the area. Thanks to all the staff, and well done!

The room facilities are old and haven’t been maintained well. Staff were very helpful and flexible, though, and the beach is close by.

We turned up without a reservation after 11 pm. The guy at reception didn’t speak English, but he still found us a room that was ready for guests. It was comfortable and very clean, with its own bathroom, a balcony, and even a sea view. For what we paid, I expected much less. Breakfast was included and turned out to be an even bigger surprise, with lots of choice, great food, and really fresh juices and coffee. My partner wanted to stay longer just for the food, rs. The hotel is 50 m from the sea, with heaps of restaurants around. A very positive stay, definitely recommend!

The room was small and not quite clean, and the installations and maintenance were poor. But the location is top notch, breakfast very nice, and staff very nice too. It works for an overnight stay or a couple of days with a partner if you’re after a cheap option.

A calm street, with downtown and the beach nearby, makes for a perfect location. The room amenities and breakfast were excellent. Really nice hotel, highly recommend it.
