From the windows overlooking the picturesque square, the views are gorgeous. The interior architecture is nicely done, too. This fairly new hostel has friendly, efficient receptionists, clean bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with some cooking condiments.

The place is clean and centrally located, but sleeping here was difficult. Noise from the corridors on every floor carries through the doors, and we could hear the bins being emptied at midnight as well as loud conversations while cleaners worked in the communal areas. Since the hostel caters to pilgrims, who are often early risers, that cleaning schedule seems odd. Don’t stay if you want a proper night’s sleep.

The location is amazing, and the rooms around the premises are cosy and relaxing. There are spaces to watch TV, study, work, or just relax. Today I hired the whole floor so my family could be together for afternoon tea. I’ll definitely return.

A really lovely place in a beautiful town, with friendly staff. For the first three of our four evenings, everything was good, but some very loud guests arrived on the last day. Doors slamming carry through the building, so who else is staying can shape your experience. I think that’s a fairly standard hostel issue, and we still had a great experience.

Our check-in was accommodating even though we arrived early. The room and shared bathrooms were clean, and the location is great, just off a Piazza in Massa. Food and drinks are available nearby.
