The rooms have been renovated and now feel modern and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff paid close attention to what guests needed and were always ready to help with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised by the service under the new management, from the courteous, professional welcome when I arrived. They’ve done a really good job improving the service, and I’d gladly return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay.

The manager was kind and always easy to reach. We spent two nights here at the end of October with friends and our dog. The house was clean and nicely furnished, with two terraces, and the sea was a five-minute walk away. The elevator was handy, especially for luggage. Recommended.

Absolutely not recommended. The rooms were in disrepair, barely cleaned, with rusty clotheslines, broken chairs, moldy smells, and furniture coming apart. The lobby windows and the covering over the walkway hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We even found a toilet seat among the garden plants. The elevator photocells were disabled and the air conditioning was completely dead; they provided fans and told us not to open the blinds too much. Former kitchen and laundry rooms had been turned into horrors. Neighbors argued heatedly with the landlord to leave, and compensation was demanded because the building’s condition had been falsely advertised. A nightmare stay.

The apartment had mostly new furniture, and you can see that changes are being made. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and I appreciated their hospitality. They told me management changed in May 2024 and that the new managers are working hard to improve customer service. Renovations are already underway, so I hope to come back next year or in a few months and see how far they’ve got.
