It’s quiet and nicely appointed, with doves calling in the morning. The hosts are great and really focused on helping you have a good visit to Italy. The village center is close, though the place sits a little away from it.

The house is incredible, and although our rented room was the smallest, it was very comfortable and superbly equipped. Our pet loved the beautiful garden, and getting to the property was easy and practical. There’s parking too. The hosts’ service was adequate. They didn’t offer breakfast, so we can’t comment on that. I’d absolutely recommend it for people and pets (L).

We came from Cuneo for five nights to see Versilia, and the location made getting around easy. Luca was patient and helpful, and the honesty, courtesy and good taste of the place say it all. Highly recommended.

Luca and Stefano made us feel at home and shared plenty of useful tips for the weekend. We came for the famous Viareggio Carnival parade, and the location worked perfectly. The stay was a real pleasure, and with the sea so close, I'd be happy to come back in the warmer months. Thanks for everything!

We loved the convenient parking in the large garden, and Luca had lots of suggestions for Lucca, Camaiore, Viareggio, and other nearby places. Our room had a balcony, a coffee machine and kettle, plus air conditioning and a TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had a big shower and a large whirlpool tub that was great for relaxing. The whole property is cared for down to the smallest detail, and there was plenty of natural light. Luca and Stefano were so welcoming. We can't wait to return, highly recommend! ❤️
