Agriturismo Casa Deimar

The rooms at Casa Deimar were roomy, comfortable, and cool, and there’s convenient parking right on the property. We also found an excellent seafood restaurant in the building next door. The location works well for visiting the Frasassi Caves and Lake Fiastra, and it’s by the Matelica West exit of the highway linking Fabriano and Camerino, though part of the road is still being built. What made the stay special was the welcome: arriving in the courtyard felt like seeing relatives you hadn’t met in years. Mattia and his mother greeted us warmly, and she made delicious homemade cakes for breakfast. She also shared useful local tips and Mattia’s little guide to the area, all with the aim of helping us enjoy the Marche as much as he does. We’ll miss our chats with her. A superb stay.

We came back for a few days this year, and I can already see us returning again. The hosts are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and spotless, and breakfast is all homemade and really superb. It’s a simple but charming place to stay while relaxing and exploring a region with plenty of surprises and interesting things to discover. Highly recommended.

The owners are a real plus. Since they run the agriturismo themselves, they’re always ready to answer questions or suggest places to go, and chatting with them over breakfast made us feel at home. We had a wonderful weekend at Casa Deimar in the Marche. Our room was spacious and very clean, with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Breakfast was generous, with delicious homemade cakes, yogurt, fresh fruit and flakes; savory food is available if you ask. Its location also makes it easy to reach many tourist sights. Highly recommended.

We had half board, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent and plentiful. The place is surrounded by nature, yet close to the main road, so getting there is quick. It’s a lovely spot to spend a few quiet days. The people running it were exceptionally kind and helpful, and they know the area well, so they can point you toward local sights and products. They also grow lavender, and the scent is wonderful. I’ll definitely come back when I get the chance.
