The staff made getting to the hotel with luggage easier, and when I called for directions they helped arrange a cab company that picked us up without overcharging. The location is about 5 minutes from every major landmark. My wife and I loved this place. The pool was just wow, and we used it every day during our short stay. The room was incredibly comfortable and everything in it seemed the best quality possible. Breakfast was perfect too, from the ingredients and variety to the service. I swear, I’ve never stayed anywhere so amazing. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The view is great, but the service was incredibly slow despite there being enough staff, and all I ordered was a glass of wine. It cost 9 euro and there was very little in the glass. The place felt pretentious, though I expected that too.

The staff were so warm, attentive, and welcoming, which made our evening even nicer. We were impressed by the food too: it was fresh, refined, and carefully prepared. The focus on local and seasonal ingredients really came through, and you could taste the region in every bite. From the first moment, the restaurant at BV Quarry Matera made a strong impression. It has a stylish, romantic atmosphere and a stunning view that made dinner feel special. A place to remember. We’ll definitely be back!

The scenery around the hotel was breathtaking, and the meals were incredible. Every dish was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, so we looked forward to each one. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very well organized. The people made the stay feel more like being at home than at a hotel. Every staff member made us feel welcome, valued, and cared for, with so much warmth and attention to detail. A special thanks to Maria at the front desk for her kindness and ongoing support, Daniele our waiter for his great service and warm personality, and Egidio, the hotel manager, whose care and leadership showed throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It set a new standard for hospitality, and we’re already looking forward to visiting again.
